Membership Terms & Conditions
The Highlander reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership promotion at any time without prior notice. The Highlander will not on any account whatsoever be held liable for the suspension or termination of the membership promotion, including points accumulated on the Membership Cards at the time of suspension or termination.
All Highlander Membership cardholders must be over 18 years of age.
The Highlander reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to cancel any Membership Card.
All Membership Cards remain the property of The Highlander.
The Highlander is not responsible for lost or stolen Membership Cards. A cardholder may apply for a replacement card and The Highlander will incur a $6.00 fee for any replacement Membership Card issued.
If a Membership Card is not used for a period of 6 months the card will expire and be cancelled.
A person wishing to apply for a Highlander Membership Card must complete a membership form. By completing this form the cardholder gives permission for The Highlander to use their details for marketing purposes. A cardholder may only hold one Membership Card.
The Highlander reserves the right to utilise and manage cardholders details for marketing purposes.
A Cardholder may terminate or cancel their Membership Card at any time by returning the Card to The Highlander.
In case of dispute, the decision of The Highlander shall be final and binding.
The Highlander reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of membership at their discretion
